We pride ourselves on offering quality, bespoke experiences at low costs. By keeping our overheads as low as possible, we only take what we need to run each project.
Since we don’t generate the sizable overheads that larger volunteer organisations do, we are able to offer attractively low-cost placements for our volunteers.
The initial weekly cost will be £110 per week, with prices lowering to £60 after 2 weeks. Programmes are typically from 1 – 12 weeks, but volunteers are welcome to stay for longer, particularly if they are involved with a longer-term project!
Upon booking, there is a one-time £40 registration fee that reserves your place and allows you to return again in following years without having to re-register.
Certain projects will require extra costs for materials or resources; however, we will only ask for what is necessary for each project. We encourage and support volunteers to fundraise before coming and while they’re out here – there are always brilliant ways to use these funds, such as contributing towards vital water borehole repair, or sponsoring a child to go to school.

These costs cover most of the day-to day activities and services you will require while you are with us in Ghana. These include:
- Shared accommodation
- Housekeeping & security
- 24/7 on-site support
- any costs associated with your projects
There are some parts of your trip that are not included in our fees. But don’t worry, we’ll still be on hand to offer you our expert/experienced advice and guide you through the process as much as possible.
